The Pilgrim has a full 25.5" scale length but in a more compact shape than a standard guitar. The Kent Armstrong pickups have a good output level and each has a coil tap to give both humbucking and single coil sounds. This walnut model has a body thickness of approx' 1 5/16" (34mm)  and a total weight of approx' 6.6lb (2.9kg).

The Pogo is a 'new for 2010' instrument from North Yorkshire based HiGuitarsUK. This particular instrument was the No 1 prototype and is being released at below the it's standard price (£339.00 for this configuration). Like all HiGuitarsUK guitars this instrument is set up to a high standard and has not been used apart from for testing purposes and a photoshoot.
This is a remarkable one-off price for a UK handmade instrument, though it should be noted that with this particular instrument the tiny holes for side dots have been filled on the lower side of the fretboard. This is hardly noticeable and constitutes far less filler than some UK builders seem to use as a matter of course.
 
The Pogo's design has a great vintage vibe influenced by electric guitars of the 50's and early 60's.

The Pogo is a full 25.5" (648mm) scale length electric guitar, with a slightly smaller/thinner body for added comfort. This particular Pogo has a total guitar weight of approx 3.6kg/7.9lb.
